They say you can call Coach with a serial number and they will let you know about it’s authenticity. Ask the ebay seller for a serial number to verify it’s authenticity. If they refuse….then you just got your answer! GOOD LUCK

I have bought from ebay and you have to really make sure it is authentic which is very hard to do considering it is a photo you are viewing. Make sure it says that “if it is not authentic you can return it for full refund”. Usually they will let you return it if they themselves do not know but think it is. I had this happen twice and my neighbor has also bought coach and also a fake and reported it to ebay. You can also report them to ebay if they are false advertising the item.

Providing the link may help, but if you don’t want to, then I say to check the persons feedback and return policy. Look for the identical bag photo on the coach website and see if it looks the same. Lots of coach replica’s do have very small detail imperfections. (ex. a buckled strap when it shouldn’t have one, seam in the wrong spot. ect.) If the person’s feedback seems great, they are claiming the bag is authentic, (not auth.) and they have a good return policy, the it probably is an authentic bag. I would specifically ask though, this way if you get it and find out it is not, you have a lot more leverage in getting your money back.
Serial numbers can be duplicated, and they sell the little cards and tags so don’t be fooled into thinking those things guarantee authenticity.

Handbags are the biggest fraud items on Ebay. I would not risk buying an expensive handbag on Ebay. By the way, if you want to know a way to get some money back every time you buy something from Ebay, then send me an email.

it is not so easy to make sure before you buy.. most of ebay purchases just show how lucky you are…
i would just try to read the sellers reviews and stuff and based on that would decide if he is good one… seller with good reviews usually doesnt fraud ‘coz he will have to think of his future selling items tooo….
hope this helps you… gud luck
